Originally from the island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Normalina has made Florida her home away from her island home. She is an Alumni of University of Central Florida (UCF), holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Management Information Systems (MIS). Her expertise comes from years of property management, technology, and management experience prior to her full-time career in Real Estate. As a Certified e-PRO, Normalina uses the latest technology to understand the current market in order to make the connections necessary for our success. She applies her knowledge to handle the Technical and Marketing side of the Real Estate transaction, which is advantageous when marketing your home or helping you find your new property. 

On St. Croix, Normalina’s grandfather is an owner of a successful Real Estate company named Schuster's Real Estate and her parents have always owned acreages and rental properties of which she’s been involved in the businesses as a child. So she fell naturally into the Real Estate profession. Working in the family businesses have prepared her more than she could have ever learned from a book or training. Though Normalina feels guilty about leaving the technology profession, she has incorporated her technical skills in Real Estate by becoming e-PRO certified. As a certified internet professional, Normalina is able to fully use her technology skills to help families with the largest investment they will ever make. Real Estate!
