Absolutely! All Buyers need to understand that the salesperson that greets them at each new home community represents only the Builder. Every Buyer is entitled to representation and needs a professional who is looking out for their best interest through the course of a transaction. There is no cost to you as the Buyer for these services.
New home builders provide the same price list to all prospective Buyers whether or not they are working with a Real Estate agent. Why wouldn’t you take advantage of having someone who has worked with the various Builders and knows how to protect your interests as well as negotiate on your behalf?
